1- Hydrocyclone Sand Seperators & Filters
Hydrocyclone filters are ideal for seperating suspended heavy particles such as sand from water. Hydrocyclone Sand Separators are composed of a conical shaped separator that accelerates the velocity of water maximizing separation of sand and other solid matter up to 90% efficiency. The Hydrocyclones protect the irrigation system components from damage and abrasion caused by sand and other debris while preventing emitters from chocking. 2- Disc Filters
Disc Filters are ideal for the removal of fine suspended particles such as sand and inorganic particles. The filter is composed many circular discs stacked on top of one another. The surface of each disk is engraved with a mesh of upto 150 microns, which allows only clean water to flow through. The polypropylene disks are washable and unbreakable. The filter is easy to clean and results in increased life of the irrigation system.
3- Screen Filters
Screen filters are composed of steel-wire mesh (screen) enclosed in plastic PE body. They are ideal for the removal or inorganic particles. Screen Filters require more frequent maintenance than disc filters as the surface area of the mesh is much smaller. .
