Drip Irrigation Systems
Drip Irrigation systems comprise of the following components:
1- Irrigation Pipes - Laterals (typically 16mm or 20mm LDPE Pipes)
2- Main water supply pipes - Header (typically 50mm to 110mm HDPE Pipes)
3- Head Pumping Unit - Enginerator or Electric Pump
4- Filters - Sand Media, Disk or Hydrocyclone Filters
5- Drippers - Typically 8 to 14 LPH flow rates
Sprinkler Irrigation Systems
Sprinkler systems are used in grassy agricultural plots or in lawns. They comprise of the following components:
1- Header Pipe -( 50mm to 160mm typically)
2- Rainguns or Popup Sprinklers - (Komet, Hunter or Maxipaw)
3- Head Pumping Unit
Misting Systems
Misting Systems are used primarily in greenhouses. They comprise of the following components:
1- Header Pipes
2- Lateral Pipes
3- Head Pumping Unit
4- Filteration System
5- Misting Nozzles
